Caution: After the sublimation process, the board will be extremely hot. Always use heat-resistant gloves or an oven mitt when handling. Once fully cooled, attach the included rubber feet to the underside for added grip and surface protection.

Please Note: It’s important to remember that the ceramic blanks should be allowed to reach room temperature before proceeding with the applying of the printing process.

Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unsed items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unused. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
