Terms and Conditions of Trading By placing an order with Personalisation Supplies Limited, it is deemed that you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Definitions “Seller” means Personalisation Supplies Limited, whose registered address is 1 Ninth Avenue, Flixborough Industrial Estate, Lincolnshire, DN15 8SL trading under the name Dye Sublimation Store.
“Buyer” means the person or company who accepts the seller’s quotation for the sale of goods or whose order for the goods is accepted by the seller; “Goods” means the goods (including any installment of the goods or any parts of them), which the seller is to supply in accordance with these terms; “Order” means the buyer’s acceptance of the seller’s quotation for the goods or the order placed by the buyer for the goods whether by means of an individual quotation, any published seller’s catalogue or website; “Terms” means the standard terms of sale set out in this document and includes any special terms agreed in writing between the seller and the buyer; These terms govern the sale of the goods sold by Dye Sublimation Store to the buyer named on the order provided on the Dye Sublimation Store website, catalogue, quotation, or other order form via fax or post provided by Dye Sublimation Store and where the goods are supplied as a result of the buyer’s acceptance of the quotation. The completed order form, together with the terms constitute the entire and only agreement between the parties in relation to the sale of goods and comprise a legally binding contract between the parties.
Pricing and Payment
Where the buyer places an order on the Dye Sublimation Store website, the price payable for the goods will be detailed on the website at the time the seller accepts the order.
Payment can be made by debit card, credit card, or through PayPal on the Dye Sublimation Store website (all data is securely encrypted) or via telephone. Cheques will also be accepted but goods will not be released until all funds are cleared. On credit card / debit card payment via the Dye Sublimation Store, the data is entered into a third party screen and therefore no credit card or debit card details are held by Dye Sublimation Store.
PayPal payments are made via third party PayPal software. Dye Sublimation Store does not have detailed access to the buyer’s PayPal account and therefore Dye Sublimation Store will deliver to any address entered on the Dye Sublimation Store website and not any address held by PayPal. Dye Sublimation Store cannot be held liable for any losses where the address detailed on the Dye Sublimation Store website is not the required delivery address.
Dye Sublimation Store generally sells to trade and therefore all our prices are net and exclude VAT. VAT at the current rate will be added at checkout stage (currently 20%). VAT will be charged to all EEC destinations but will subsequently be refunded if the buyer contacts Dye Sublimation Store with a valid VAT number. All orders made outside the EEC destinations are sold VAT free; it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay any local VAT or duty charges.
All prices quoted exclude delivery charges, which are detailed in Section 3. below and any insurance required unless otherwise agreed in writing between parties.
The buyer may place an order following a written or verbal quotation from Dye Sublimation Stored and the prices of the goods will be detailed in the said quotation.
If the buyer accepts the seller’s quotation, then the prices contained therein are only valid for 14 days from the date of quotation. If the buyer wishes to order the goods stated in the quotation after this period then a new quotation should be obtained prior to placing an order.
Dye Sublimation Store must receive payment for the total price of the goods and any applicable charges for VAT, carriage, and insurance, before the order can be delivered unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Dye Sublimation Store does not offer credit accounts, but in the event that goods are invoiced, the buyer shall pay all sums due to Dye Sublimation Store within 30 days of the date of the invoice. If the buyer fails to make payment in full on the due date then without prejudice to any other right or remedy, Dye Sublimation Store shall be entitled to cancel the contract and / or suspend any further deliveries, and / or charge the buyer interest on the amount unpaid at the rate of 5% per annum above the Bank of England Minimum Lending Rate from the date of payment due, with interest accruing on a daily basis.
Where palletised deliveries are requested, or necessary, pallets may be charged extra.
Dye Sublimation Store reserve the right to investigate that a payment is bona fide prior to shipping.
Dye Sublimation Store reserves the right to change prices without prior warning. If a pricing error occurs, Dye Sublimation Store will notify the buyer, and the buyer will be given the option to either reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.
Delivery and title
All delivery times quoted are estimates only, and Dye Sublimation Store shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery of the goods howsoever caused. This includes any consequential losses. Therefore, please allow ample time for any unforeseen delays. Dye Sublimation Store relies on third-party delivery companies such as Interlink and Royal Mail, and as such, Dye Sublimation Store cannot be held liable for any failings on their part.
Dye Sublimation Store may decline to deliver if Dye Sublimation Store believes that it would be unsafe, unlawful, or unreasonably difficult to do so, or the premises (or access to them) are unsuitable for any Dye Sublimation Store vehicles or those vehicles of agents employed by Dye Sublimation Store to carry out delivery.
Delivery of the goods shall be made by Dye Sublimation Store (or through an authorised agent) to the address of the buyer as stipulated on the order or by the buyer collecting the goods at the Dye Sublimation Store premises at any time after Dye Sublimation Store has notified the buyer that the goods are ready for collection.
If the buyer fails to take delivery of the goods then without limiting any other right or remedy available to the seller, Dye Sublimation Store may store the goods until actual delivery and charge the buyer for reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage.
Dye Sublimation Store offers three primary options for delivery which are detailed below:
Next Working Day courier service – UK only.
In order to receive this service, all orders need to be placed before 1 pm the working day before (excludes orders placed on weekends and bank holidays). Should the buyer place their order after 1 pm, it will be dispatched the next working day for delivery the following working day. If there are any issues resulting in Dye Sublimation Store being unable to dispatch for Next Working Day, the buyer will be informed by telephone in the first instance and then by email if we are unable to reach you or leave a message. Please note that during busy periods, like Christmas, there could be a delay in our courier delivering.
Next working day is therefore NOT a GUARANTEED SERVICE. If your order does not reach you on a next working day we will refund the difference between the next day charge and the standard courier charge. Next Working Day service is applicable to UK only order with the exception of Highlands, Islands, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Channel Islands, and other remote parts of the United Kingdom. Please contact us if you need any further information. Please note; this does not apply to weekends or bank holidays. Delivery can be anytime between 7 am and 7 pm.
Weekend Delivery Courier Service
To avail of our Weekend Delivery Courier Service, all orders must be placed before 1 pm on Friday (excluding orders on bank holidays) for delivery on Saturday or Sunday. Orders submitted on other weekdays will be held and dispatched on Fridays. In case an order is placed after 1 pm, it will be dispatched the following Friday, with delivery scheduled for the subsequent weekend unless otherwise communicated by the customer in advance. If any issues arise preventing Dye Sublimation Store from fulfilling a Weekend delivery, the buyer will be promptly notified via telephone, followed by email if necessary. Please be aware that during peak periods, such as the holiday season, there may be delays in courier delivery. If your order does not reach you on a weekend, provided all conditions are met, we will refund the price difference between the weekend service and the standard courier charge. Unfortunately, the Weekend service is not available for Highlands, Islands, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Channel Islands, and other remote areas of the United Kingdom. For further information, please feel free to contact us. Please note that exceptions may apply on bank holidays. Delivery can take place anytime between 7 am and 7 pm.
Standard Courier Service – 1-5 Working Days
Dye Sublimation Store will make every effort to dispatch in-stock items as promptly as possible. The courier company will make two delivery attempts before returning the goods to us. In such cases, there will be an additional charge for resending the items, or we will refund the cost of the goods (excluding delivery charges). Please note that our courier service cannot deliver to BFPO addresses. When placing an order, ensure that you provide a company name if applicable, as the courier primarily relies on company names, especially in buildings with multiple businesses. For items sent via Tracked courier, a tracking number will be provided. While all necessary precautions are taken to ensure prompt delivery, this service does not guarantee express delivery. Dye Sublimation Store cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses due to delivery delays or incorrect items sent. Delivery charges for UK Mainland (excluding Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly, Scottish Islands, and Highlands) are calculated as stated.
Overseas orders are shipped via DPD and may take 2 to 7 days depending on your location. If your country is not available in the dropdown menu at checkout, please email your order to us at hello@dyesublimationstore.co.uk, and we will provide you with postal costs as soon as possible. Once an order is placed with Dye Sublimation Store, changes cannot be made after 3 pm. Delivery can occur anytime between 7 am and 7 pm.

Royal Mail – 1-3 Working Days
Dye Sublimation Store uses Royal Mail services for smaller parcels within Royal Mail weight limits. We utilise Royal Mail Tracked services, which may not always require a signature. Delivery times for Royal Mail parcels range from 1 to 3 working days. In cases where a signature is required, and no one is available to sign, a Royal Mail card will be left with instructions for rescheduling delivery.
Risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to the buyer:
a) For goods delivered to the buyer’s premises, at the time of delivery or, if the buyer wrongfully fails to take delivery of the goods, at the time when Dye Sublimation Store tenders delivery of the goods.
b) For goods collected from Dye Sublimation Store's premises, at the time when Dye Sublimation Store notifies the buyer that the goods are ready for collection.
Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in the goods, the property in the goods shall not transfer to the buyer until Dye Sublimation Store has received full payment for the goods, including any VAT, carriage, and insurance charges.
Until the property in the goods passes to the buyer, Dye Sublimation Store may request the buyer to return the goods, and if the buyer fails to do so promptly, Dye Sublimation Store reserves the right to enter any premises of the buyer or a third party where the goods are stored and repossess them.
Goods sold on the website are offered in good faith. While every reasonable effort is made to ensure correct picking and delivery, occasional errors may occur. Dye Sublimation Store cannot be held liable for any consequential losses resulting from the delivery of incorrect products, damaged or faulty goods, or failure to meet specific deadlines.
If you choose to refuse a delivery, please be aware that you may incur charges.
Availability
Dye Sublimation Store strives to maintain sufficient stock to meet all orders. However, if there is an insufficient stock to fulfill goods that have already been paid for, Dye Sublimation Store may, at its discretion, supply a substitute product, deliver the goods at a later date, or refund the price paid by the buyer. If any stock shortages occur, Dye Sublimation Store will notify the buyer and provide approximate back order delivery times whenever possible. For custom-made products, Dye Sublimation Store may vary the quantity by up to 10% or as specified in any quotation.
Dye Sublimation Store reserves the right to make minor modifications to specifications, designs, or materials without prior notice if deemed necessary or desirable.
Return of Goods
It is recommended that buyers request a sample from Dye Sublimation Store before placing large wholesale orders to assess the product’s quality. This precaution benefits both the buyer and Dye Sublimation Store by minimising unnecessary returns. If you wish to return goods, please contact Dye Sublimation Store for a Returns Form and include it with your returned order. We advise using a carrier that provides proof of delivery for all returns. If you would like Dye Sublimation Store to arrange collection, please contact our sales office at 01724 410460. A courier charge will apply for this service.
The buyer has the right to cancel an order for standard and stock products by notifying Dye Sublimation Store within 30 days of the date of collection or delivery. Notice of cancellation can be provided by mail, or email using the contact details on the order form. When cancelling, the buyer must return the goods at their expense unless the items are being returned due to defects, incorrect goods, or unsuitable substitutions by Dye Sublimation Store, in which case Dye Sublimation Store will cover the return costs, using a carrier of our choice. If the buyer wishes to cancel an order for bespoke products, they must do so within 7 days of placing the order. However, cancellation in this case is subject to a fee based on any work already completed by Dye Sublimation Store.
When goods are returned for reasons other than defects or faults, Dye Sublimation Store may charge a restocking fee. The buyer must ensure that goods returned to Dye Sublimation Store are securely packaged in their original condition and packaging to prevent damage and allow for resale. If Dye Sublimation Store is unable to resell returned goods due to damage or other reasons, the buyer may be charged for the delivery service via tracked courier, a nominal fee will be applied for this service.
Damages
In the unfortunate event that your goods arrive damaged, please inform us, and we will arrange for the collection of the damaged items. Once the goods are received back at our facility, we will inspect them for damages, and if applicable, we will send out replacements.
Appointments & Collections
If you plan to purchase boxes from our offices, kindly give us a call with your order at least 1 hour in advance, so we can ensure the stock is readily available at our office for your convenience. For appointments to explore various box options, please call and arrange an appointment at least 1 hour before your intended visit. Since we maintain the majority of our stock on-site, providing us with information about the colours or styles you are interested in beforehand will allow us to prepare and present the most suitable boxes during your visit. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, along with any accompanying paperwork.
By using this website, you agree to indemnify us fully, defend us, and hold us, along with our officers, directors, employees, and agents, harmless from all claims, liability, damages, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from any breach of these Terms by you, your use of the Dye Sublimation Store Website, or any actions taken while your Account is logged into the Dye Sublimation Store Website.

The Dye Sublimation Store mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Dye Sublimation Store (“Dye Sublimation Store”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Dye Sublimation Store’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Dye Sublimation Store through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Dye Sublimation Store. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to DSStore or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Dye Sublimation Store mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
Dye Sublimation Store's website uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.
