The sublimation process can be achieved with either a clam or a 3D press. It’s essential to use heat-resistant gloves when handling the slate post-sublimation, as it becomes extremely hot.

To ensure a successful sublimation process on your slate using a clam press, we have a helpful tip: We advise placing a smooth, thin silicone mat beneath the slate to even out pressure distribution during the pressing process. Additionally, it’s best to position the slate face down, so that it presses directly into your print or transfer. This method helps achieve the most vibrant and clear results.

Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unsed items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unused. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
