For consistent, high-quality prints, we recommend using a thin silicone mat (approximately 1.5mm thick) to ensure an even, flush surface during pressing.

To sublimate these ceramic ornaments correctly, they should be heated face down—this means the heat should pass through the ornament rather than directly contacting the transfer paper.

Here’s the recommended layer setup from bottom to top:

1. Heat press base mat
2. Thin silicone mat
3. Transfer paper with your design (facing up)
4. Ornament with the printable side facing down onto the paper
5. Heat press upper plate

This arrangement helps produce sharp, vibrant results while protecting both your design and your equipment.

Please Note: It’s important to remember that the ceramic blanks should be allowed to reach room temperature before proceeding with the applying of the printing process.

Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unsed items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unused. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
