Our 11oz Matte Black Colour-Changing Mugs offer an interactive way to personalise your gifts. Imprint a photograph, graphics, or a hidden message, and marvel as it becomes visible when the mug is filled with a warm drink.
Each mug comes in an individual box. The sublimation process is straightforward - print as you would on any regular mug and then simply wait for your designs to emerge.
The mugs flaunt a matte finish, offering a sleek and modern look. With a height of 9.5cm and a diameter of 8cm, they are a comfortable size for a good cup of coffee or tea.
We recommend hand washing these mugs, as they are not suitable for dishwasher use. They are microwave-friendly, although prolonged use or heating at high temperatures is not advised.
When cold, the mug is black in colour, but it magically changes to white when filled with a warm liquid.

Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unsed items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unused. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
