The mugs stand at a height of 9.2cm with a diameter of 7.8cm. Each mug is conveniently provided in its individual box for ease of storage and transportation. They are dishwasher safe, offering hassle-free cleaning.
While these mugs are suitable for microwave use, it is advised not to subject them to excessive heat or prolonged periods of time in the microwave.

Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unsed items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unused. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
